ご利用までの流れ How it works

STEP 1

Webで予約 Reserve online

  • 日付・時間・車種を選んで送信
  • 事前確認のための連絡先（TEL or Mail or instagram）を入力
  • 送信後、こちらから内容確認の連絡、受け渡し場所などの確認を行います
    利用日の1-3日前にご連絡致します。
  • Select your date, time, and bike model, then submit
  • Enter your contact details (TEL / Email / Instagram)
  • After you submit, we’ll contact you to confirm the details and pick-up location (1–3 days before your rental date)
STEP 2

受け渡し Pick up

  • 当日は本人確認のみ
  • 車両の使い方・注意点をご案内
  • On the day, we only do a quick ID check
  • We’ll explain how to use the bike and important safety notes
STEP 3

返却 Return

  • ご利用後は指定場所へ返却
  • 車両状態を確認して完了
  • 忘れ物チェック（スマホ・鍵・荷物）
  • Return the bike to the designated location
  • We’ll check the bike condition and complete the return
  • Please check for belongings (phone, key, luggage)

注意事項 Notes

  1. 免許証（または必要書類）を必ずご用意ください
  2. 天候・交通状況により受け渡し場所の調整をお願いする場合があります
  3. 返却時間に遅れそうな場合は事前にご連絡ください

  2. Pick-up location may change depending on weather or traffic
  3. If you may be late for return, please contact us in advance
